Structural Integration : Steve Gray
Structural Integration is a form of body work in which the musculo-facial tissue is manipulated by the practitioner to establish balance and alleviate chronic structural stress. Structural Integration is a ten-step process, with each session building on the previous session. One session cannot stand alone. Each of the ten sessions lasts approximately one hour and has a specific goal. As the sessions progress, the body shifts toward total balance in both structure and movement. A person completes this set of ten sessions only once. After the set is completed, a maintenance session may be required to maintain the new integrity of the body every six weeks to six months.
